W. Matthew Kelly

Prior to the formation of JBG SMITH, Mr. Kelly served as a Managing Partner of the JBG Companies and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee.  In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board of the MedStar Health Washington Hospital Center, Mr. Kelly's board service includes the Greater Washington Partnership, Urban Institute, and Halcyon.  Mr. Kelly further serves on the Executive Committees and Boards of NAREIT, the Federal CIty Council, and the D.C. Policy Center while also serving as a member of The Real Estate Round Table and the Urban Land Institute.
