Monica Modi Dalwadi

Ms. Dalwadi serves as the Eastern Region Managing Principal for Baker Tilly. In her role, Ms. Dalwadi provides leadership, management and strategic direction for the firm’s metro D.C. market, including providing insight and advice to client engagement teams, fostering employee development and recruiting and driving growth. Ms. Dalwadi also serves on Baker Tilly’s national diversity and inclusion steering committee. She was a co-chair for the firm’s Talent Differentiation Task Force and also serves on Baker Tilly’s Growth and Retention of Women committee.
