Dan is an assurance partner with over 25 years of experience working with private, public, large multi-national public companies, including successful initial public offerings, multiple secondary offerings, acquisitions, spin-offs, and divestitures. Dan’s clients include a variety of industries and sizes.
Dan is passionate about people and enjoys seeing those, he works with thrive. In the Greater Washington community, Dan is a board member of The Greater Washington Partnership, Goodwill of DC, Global Good Fund and National Capital Area Council.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from The George Washington University. Dan and his wife Stacie reside in Ashburn, VA, and are the parents of four fabulous children and a dog (Cosmo).
