Bob Bauer and Benjamin Ginsberg are nationally known political law experts, both with over 30 years’ experience representing participants in the political process. They have both served as counsel to several presidential campaigns on opposite sides of the aisle. Bauer and Ginsberg also served as co-chairs of the bipartisan Presidential Commission on Election Administration which produced a much-lauded report on best practices and recommendations for state and local officials to improve U.S. elections.
