The Economic Club of Washington, D.C. is pleased to announce that David Rubenstein will interview Robin Vince, President and CEO of BNY Mellon. The in-person breakfast will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. The reception will begin at 7:15 a.m., followed by the 2024 Arne M. Sorenson Excellence in Leadership Awards at 8:00 a.m., breakfast/program served at 8:20 a.m., and ending promptly at 9:30 a.m.
Prior to becoming President in March 2022, Mr. Vince was the Vice Chair and CEO of Global Market Infrastructure, where he oversaw BNY Mellon’s Clearance and Collateral Management, Treasury Services, Markets and Execution Services, and Pershing businesses. Before joining BNY Mellon, he led various leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, ending up as a member of the Management Committee and a partner at Goldman Sachs.

Sorenson Excellence in Leadership Award recognizes the outstanding achievement and dedication of leaders whose contributions to the Economic Club and the community demonstrate the Economic Club of Washington’s mission to strengthen our region through business, civic, diplomatic, and philanthropic leadership.
