David Rubenstein interviewed Robin Vince, President and CEO of BNY on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.
Prior to becoming President in March 2022, Mr. Vince was the Vice Chair and CEO of Global Market Infrastructure, where he oversaw BNY Mellon’s Clearance and Collateral Management, Treasury Services, Markets and Execution Services, and Pershing businesses. Before joining BNY Mellon, he led various leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, ending up as a member of the Management Committee and a partner at Goldman Sachs.

As America’s oldest financial institution, it was founded in 1784 and was the first company to be publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Today, BNY Mellon powers capital markets by providing services across the financial lifecycle to help individuals and institutions worldwide. It supports governments in funding local projects and works with over 90 percent of the top 100 pension plans to safeguard investments for millions of individuals and so much more. As of March 31, 2024, BNY Mellon oversaw $48.8 trillion in assets under custody and/or administration and $2.0 trillion in assets under management.
