John S. Watson, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Chevron Corporation, joined President David M. Rubenstein for an in-depth review of the state of the oil industry. They discussed the state of the worldwide supply of oil, the causes of oil price volatility, and the impact of fracking. Watson also addressed the controversial issue of exporting oil from the United States. He called it “economic efficiency”.
