Governor Glenn Youngkin was elected as Virginia’s 74th governor, taking office in 2022. He previously spent 25 years at The Carlyle Group, working his way up to eventually become the Co-CEO. Born in Richmond and raised in Virginia Beach, Governor Youngkin earned an engineering degree at Rice University and his MBA at Harvard Business School.
