From a grade school teacher in Indiana to communications strategist in the White House and U.S. Department of Defense, Allison has dedicated herself to creating pathways to help individuals reach their potential. The Indiana Fever, led by Dr. Barber, competes at the highest level of women's professional basketball in the United States. Recently, the Fever made headlines by selecting Caitlin Clark, the standout guard from Iowa, as the first overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft.
