His Excellency Benjamin Netanyahu is currently serving his fourth term as Prime Minister. He also serves concurrently as Israel’s Foreign Minister, a position he has held since 2015. He previously served as the ninth Prime Minister of the State of Israel from 1996 to 1999. He is currently the second-longest serving Prime Minister in Israel’s history, and is the first Israeli Prime Minister born in Israel after the establishment of the state. Netanyahu previously served as Minister of Finance from 2003 to 2005, and was appointed Israel’s Ambassador to the United Nations in 1984, a position he held for four years. Netanyahu received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and Master of Science degree in Business Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
